On Friday, the 23-year-old put his arm to the test by attempting to toss a football from Arrowhead’s field, the Chiefs’ home, over the walls of the stadium.
With hardly two gather steps, Mahomes cleared the stands and the ball landed on the concourse. Kansas City’s 41 Action News captured the feat on video from a helicopter.
