Martavis Bryant has formally applied to the NFL for reinstatement, according to ESPN. 

The former Steelers and Raiders wideout was suspended indefinitely and placed on the Reserve/Commissioner Suspended list by the league in December for violating the terms of his conditional reinstatement from a previous ban. 

The NFL conditionally reinstated Bryant in April 2017 after he missed the entire 2016 season to serve a suspension for multiple violations of the league’s substance abuse policy. 

Pittsburgh traded Bryant to Oakland for a third-round pick during the 2018 draft and he was cut after the preseason….
