The Miami Dolphins signed Mark Walton, a former University of Miami running back who has been arrested three times this year, on Sunday.

Walton was waived by the Cincinnati Bengals in April following news of his third arrest.

He’s facing a felony charge for carrying a concealed weapon, as well as misdemeanor charges for marijuana possession, reckless driving and resisting a police officer without violence following the March incident, according to multiple reports.

Walton in February was charged with misdemeanor battery. He was also charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession in January.
