Presidential candidate Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) claimed that were he to become the commander-in-chief, he’d purposely change the name of the New York Giants to the New Jersey Giants.

On the inaugural episode of the “Fired Up!” podcast, hosted by Brad Jenkins, a former White House aide for President Barack Obama, Booker said that he would make a deliberate “slip-up” and call the NFL team the “New Jersey Giants,” joking that nobody would dare impugn his executive authority.
