'Game of Thrones' mock draft: Where your favorite characters might fit in NFL

If you’re a hardcore NFL fan, stoked about recent rookie minicamps and upcoming OTAs and such, bless you — but this “analysis” probably isn’t for you.

If you’re like me, then you’re far more fired up about Sunday night’s “Game of Thrones” series finale, perhaps one of the last great instances of appointment television — even if many diehards weren’t happy about the most recent turn of events at King’s Landing.

But the show’s fans (and hate watchers) will be tuned to HBO this weekend, almost certainly including league stars like the Packers’ Aaron Rodgers and Chargers’ Joey Bosa, who have appeared in episodes this season, along with Patrick Mahomes, Chris Long, Doug Baldwin, the New York Jets’ “northern” regional scouts and many others.

But with the two-minute warning arriving in Westeros, a new wave of free agency awaits Monday morning.
